Which locations offer the igloo experience?
This season we will offer igloo experiences at the Homer Glen, Manhattan & Lombard Creamery locations.
How many guests can fit in an igloo?
Our igloos and packages can accommodate a maximum of 6 people (lap babies do not count).
How long is the experience?
Each experience lasts for 45 minutes.
What should I do when I arrive?
We stress that all guests arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their reservation time. Inform our crew members that you are here for your igloo experience and provide the name on your reservation. Your experience begins at your reservation time. If you arrive late, you will not be allowed extra time.
What should I wear?
Although our igloos are heated, we recommend standard outdoor winter attire while in the igloos for the most comfortable experience.
What should I do if someone in our party has a food allergy/restriction?
Guests with allergies should make us aware in the open text part of your reservation. We will do our best to make all experiences as safe and enjoyable as possible. NUT ALLERGY NOTICE: due to the high volume of nuts in shop, there is always a risk of cross-contamination.
Do you have any vegan offerings?
We offer vegan ice cream! Please leave a note in the open text part of your reservation and we will be happy to prepare it for you.
What is your late policy?
Your experience ends 45 minutes after your reservation start time, regardless of your arrival time. We stress that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation time.
What is your cancellation policy?
Your reservation may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to your time slot. You will be issued a credit to be used for any future Creamery event. This credit does not expire.
What is your pet policy?
Due to sanitary reasons we cannot allow pets in our igloos at any time.
Are the igloos handicapped accessible?
Guests with disabilities should indicate their needs in the open text part of your reservation. We are happy to accommodate!
