2023-2024 Igloo Booking

Your Creamery family is proud to bring back igloo experiences for a second season! This year igloo experiences will run from October 2023-March 2024. Experiences are available at the Homer Glen Creamery (daily from 12-9PM), Manhattan Creamery (daily from 12-9PM) and Lombard Creamery (weekdays from 3-9PM and weekends from 12-9PM).

One ticket grants you a 45 minute long experience in a single heated igloo that holds up to six guests. You will choose between two famous catered Creamery experiences: the hot chocolate bar or ice cream sundae bar! Please read through important notes, packages and policies before selecting your booking location at the bottom of this page. 

If you are booking experiences for December 2023 please read important notes below carefully:

- When selecting tickets, you will first see the 12-12:45PM start time. Scroll down to select your desired ticket time. After purchasing, your ticket title will display 12PM but the actual time frame you selected will also be listed.

- The Lombard Creamery is open from 3PM-9PM Monday-Friday meaning you may only book igloo reservations after 3PM Monday-Friday. Bookings before 3PM on weekdays will be rescheduled.

- All Creamery locations close at 4PM on Christmas Eve. Bookings after 4PM on Christmas Eve will be rescheduled.

- You only need to purchase ONE ticket for your group of up to 6 people. This INCLUDES the full hot chocolate bar or ice cream sundae bar.

Sundae Bar Experience

Pick your favorite Creamery flavors and construct delightful sundaes with our famous toppings in the comfort of a heated igloo! This package includes:

* 6 jumbo chocolate chip cookies.

* 2 quarts of your favorite Creamery flavors to enjoy under the lights.

* Our famous gourmet toppings.

* Waffle cones and sundae cups so you can enjoy YOUR WAY!

* 2 take-home pints of your favorite Creamery flavors so you can keep the experience going!

* An insulated Creamery take home bag so you don't waste one delicious bite.

 

Hot Chocolate Bar Experience

Delight in the famous Creamery Hot Cocoa Bar! This experience includes:

* 6 jumbo chocolate chip cookies.

* Hot cocoa for all!

* Our famous gourmet toppings.

* 2 take-home pints of your favorite Creamery ice cream flavors!

* An insulated Creamery take home bag for your ice cream and toppings!

Creamery Igloos Information & Policies

Locations offered: Homer Glen Creamery, Lombard Creamery, Manhattan Creamery.

Maximum guest count: Our igloos and packages can accommodate a maximum of 6 people (lap babies do not count).

Time: Each experience lasts for 45 minutes.

What should I do when I arrive? We stress that all guests arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their reservation time. Inform our crew members that you are here for your igloo experience and provide the name on your reservation. Your experience begins at your reservation time. If you arrive late, you will not be allowed extra time in the igloo.

Attire: Although our igloos are heated, we recommend standard outdoor winter attire while in the igloos for the most comfortable experience.

Food allergies/restrictions: Guests with allergies should make us aware in the open text part of your reservation. We will do our best to make all experiences as safe and enjoyable as possible. However, due to the high volume of nuts in shop, there is always a risk of cross-contamination.

We offer vegan ice cream! Please leave us a note and we will be happy to prepare it for you.

Flashing Lights Warning: Some guests at our Homer Glen Creamery may observe flashing lights as part of our nightly light show (beginning at 5PM). Please advise us if lighting effects may disrupt anyone in your party.

Cancellation Policy: Your reservation may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to your time slot. You will be issued a credit to be used for any future Creamery event. This credit does not expire.

Late Policy: Your experience ends 45 minutes after your reservation start time, regardless of your arrival time. We stress that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation time.

Pet policy: Due to sanitary reasons we cannot allow pets in our igloos at any time.

Handicapped Accessibility: Guests with disabilities should indicate their needs in the open text part of your reservation. We are happy to accommodate!
